BLESSEDTHREAD
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Blessedthread, we take pride in creating limited collections with intentional production quantities. Please review our policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.

STORE CREDIT ONLY

Blessedthread does not offer refunds to original payment methods. Approved returns and exchanges will be issued exclusively as store credit.

Customers have up to 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Be free of stains, odors, or damage

  • Include original tags

  • Be returned in their original packaging

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

SIZE EXCHANGES

Size exchanges are accepted only if the requested size is still available in inventory.

Due to the limited nature of our collections, availability cannot be guaranteed.

LIMITED COLLECTION POLICY

Blessedthread releases collections in limited quantities. Because of this, items from past or sold out collections cannot be exchanged for products from newer collections.

Once a collection is no longer available, exchanges related to that collection may no longer qualify for store credit or replacement.

This policy helps us maintain fair inventory practices and avoid accepting discontinued merchandise that is no longer part of our active catalog.

SALE ITEMS

All final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Items marked as final sale, discounted clearance products, or last remaining units may not qualify for returns or exchanges.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item due to a manufacturing or fulfillment error, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

If the claim is approved, Blessedthread will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or store credit when applicable.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end.

For local Puerto Rico exchanges or approved in-person returns, drop-offs may be coordinated at Plaza Las Américas when available.

STORE CREDIT

Approved store credit does not expire and may be used toward future purchases on blessedthread.store.

Blessedthread reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
