PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

During collection launches, sales, holidays, or high order volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been shipped.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Blessedthread.

Blessedthread is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

LOCAL PUERTO RICO PICKUP

Approved local pickups and exchanges may be coordinated at Plaza Las Américas when available.

Customers will be contacted with pickup instructions once the order is ready.

Please do not arrive for pickup unless you have received confirmation from our team.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

Blessedthread is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Blessedthread is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

ORDER ISSUES

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

If the issue is determined to be an error on our end, Blessedthread will work to provide a replacement, exchange, or store credit when applicable.

PRE-ORDERS

If an item is marked as a pre-order, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.
